White Hominy Corn

A variety of corn with large, round kernels and a creamy white color. When cooked, it becomes soft and fluffy, opening up like a flower. Rich in carbohydrates, fiber, B-complex vitamins, and minerals. It is the main ingredient in pozole and is also used in tamales and atoles.
